ADP is not a drug testing company. ADP provides only a technical interface between the third party provider with whom you have directly contracted to provide drug and/or alcohol testing services. All orders placed through this site are being conducted solely by such third party provider. Any summary results displayed on this site (e.g. negative/positive, meets/does not meet policy) are provided by the third party provider and are based on rules established by you with the third party provider. ADP gives no warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of the information provided by the third party provider and disclaims all liability for any losses, damages and costs incurred in connection with the services being provided by such third party provider and/or as a result of your reliance thereon.

ADP reports drug and alcohol test results requested by the user. Use of this site implies that you are familiar with and in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws affecting employment and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, including, but not limited to, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), when such tests may be ordered, when such tests are deemed to be stale and what actions may or may not be taken in connection with such test results when ordered for employment and pre-employment purposes.
